Sunrise and sunset

The most mesmerizing and beautiful moments at sea, and anywhere else, are during sunrise and sunset. The light is filled with that warm orange and yellow colors, which are changing almost per minute! I like these moments and at sea, they also have this stunning property od flattering any subject and soften it.

The golden hour

Depending on the latitude, of course, the golden hour is not always exactly one hour. In the north more than in the south, and in the winter longer than in summer. Nevertheless; this period just before and after sunsets and sunrises, is called the golden hour. This golden hour is most of the time the most beloved light by most photographers and romantics.

The sunrise or sunset is always during this period. it can be worthwhile to wait for a little before you take your shot, or take an extra shot, it might be s much better in just minutes!
